- 5 points for trying a new service
- 5 points for completing 3 different services in 7 days
- 7 points for completing 5 services in a week (duplicates allowed)
- 5 points for attending a New Beginnings talk
- 3 extra points for bringing a guest (non-chiropractic patient)
- 5 points for referring someone to chiropractic
- 3 points for referring someone to any other service in the building
